Our origin territory, located on the Tunisian coast approximately 45 km north of Sfax, sits atop land that was once a thriving Punic and Roman settlement — today a recognized archaeological site bearing witness to millennia of human and agricultural history.
It is here, in soil enriched by centuries of cultivation, under a Mediterranean sun that follows an ancient rhythm, that our olives grow. The groves carry memory. The oil carries character.
